Please get yourself registered with us by connecting to one of our staff members by making a deposit of between USD 5000/- to 10,000/-. Even if your desired used construction equipment isn’t available in auction; you can request us and we strive our best to find the best well maintained used construction machinery for you.
After registering yourself; the client will receive an invoice from our accounts department which will be according to your desired machine value. The client is requested to remit the initial deposit only to the official bank account mentioned on the invoice. The client is required to bear the bank charges which vary from USD $15 to $50 depending on the client’s banking services.
Once the initial deposit is remitted; the bidding process will start. Our expert bidding agents are capable to buy your desired vehicle or machine within your price range. During bidding process, you are requested to keep in touch with our staff members so we may guide if bidding price needs to be increased to have a higher probability of winning the bid.
Since we at Hinoda Trading strive to provide you the best possible ways to find your desired vehicle or used construction equipment; you have an opportunity to order from all live auction houses in Japan. Our clients will be notified by our staff members about the outcome of the auction result. If the bid is successful; we will proceed to the next step of making payment else the client can order a different or same used construction equipment from next available auction. Once the bid is won and machine is finalized; you will receive the final invoice which will have complete instructions and summary of the charges. Unless the payment is paid in full; we will not be able to release the machine to our shipping agency.
The last and final step is same as ordering from the stock; where we will hand over your vehicle or machine to our shipping agency and documents will be sent to you through express courier.
