For the first time buyers; unfortunately, it gets harder to have a visa support due to strict restrictions from Japanese Immigration Bureau. Yes, if you are visiting Japan on a three months visa; we may accommodate you with our yard services; our yards are fully equipped with all the tools to load your spare parts container. Furthermore, we also assist in other day to day matters from arranging logistics or housing to transportation during your stay.

We have two affiliated yards; each of over twenty thousand square feet located in the city of Izumi, Osaka and Koga, Ibaraki.

We usually ship machines and vehicles by RORO Vessel. However, items such as engines, spare parts, tractors, bulldozers, excavators are shipped in containers. The shipment method really depends on the customer’s port of discharge and available shipping options. You may coordinate with our sales and support team to have a clear understanding.

We ship the machines or vehicles on the next available shipping date for your port of discharge. For example, if you paid for your vehicle or machine on the 1st of January and next schedule of shipment to your port of discharge is January 10th, we will ensure to the vehicle or machine is adjusted in the scheduled vessel.

We accept both T/T and L/C Payment method for vehicles and machines. However, due to some restrictions we may not accept L/C payments from certain countries. If your payment is telegraphic transfer, you will receive documents through express courier from Hinoda Trading and if the payment method is L/C, you will receive original documents through your bank. Furthermore, for small parts of vehicles or machines we accept MoneyGram or Western Union as well.

Hinoda Trading is fully registered entity allowed by Government of Japan to export or import used machines, vehicles and spare parts. Our Public Safety license number is 622370195473 issued in the city of Osaka, Japan. After your payment is confirmed, we send you a scanned or fax copy of your B/L which ensures that your product is loaded on the desired shipment vessel and will be transported to your place of delivery upon showing the original copy of Bill of Lading.
